There is a theory that fetishes are the result of childhood experiences. I suppose smoking can go both ways. My dad's been smoking since I was 4, but I hate cigarettes, and I find chicks smoking a turn off.
But kudos for the effort on putting this post together.

Smoking has an aura of taboo surrounding it. When I was a kid I remember watching "Hollywood Squares" and whenever the camera cut to Lucille Ball or Suzanne Pleshette you'd see them quickly stash their butts. Some like looking at feet, others like white cotton panties. For me, there is something about a hot, young woman holding a cigarette that turns me on. As a fellow board member noted, "If they smoke, they poke."
