Did you notice Frankie almost fall over backwards on the GMTV section at 2m34s. 
If only she'd grabbed Rochelle's dress and ripped that off while she fell. 
I'm just kidding. Could have been nasty in those heels. Happened a number of times to her during her S Club Juniors/8 days.

i didnt notizeed that, in original gmtv performance is on 2.24
