Transformers babe Megan Fox does not appear nude — or even close to it — in Jennifer's Body.
A reviewer for Joblo.com was lucky enough to see a super advance screening of the film, which is set to be released in 2009, but the moment he had been anticipating — Megan Fox nude, almost — never came:
"There was a scene where it's a real big close up of her kissing another chick (YES!!!!). The men in the audience hooted and cheered even though it was completely random and the director put it in as a a kind of apology for not giving up the real goods (no Megan Fox boobage)."
We've discussed Megan's makeout scene with Amanda Seyfried before, and two girls locking lips just for the gratification of the audience is always a good thing, but the absence of Fox's funbags definitely dampens the excitement over Jennifer's Body. Maybe after a few test screenings where male viewers scream and moan in protest the filmmakers will wise up and realize that they should not only include Megan's semi-nude shots, they should reshoot the entire film with Megan Fox completely nude and retitle the movie See Megan Fox Naked. That'll fill theaters.
Why am I not surprised?

I don't think it was her choice. The shots of her topless (or with pasties) can be found pretty easily (just google imagesearch "megan fox" "jennifer's body" with safesearch off)

She was never meant to be topless in the movie anyway. You would've only see her from behind or maybe a little sideboob.
The reason why we got to see those great shots were because a photographer just happened to catch her walking around the set with pasties on.
