"Actress Christina Applegate's on-again/off-again boyfriend, Lee Grivas, was found dead at his apartment on July 1 by a neighbor. No autopsy has been conducted, but so far there are no signs of foul play.
The National Enquirer broke the story with a source who says Grivas may have died of a drug overdose.
"Applegate and Grivas, a 26-year-old skateboarder and photographer, had a rocky on-again, off-again relationship due to his continual battle with drugs and alcohol," according to the Enquirer. "But the couple had decided to give it one last shot this past April when Grivas made another attempt at getting clean."
Apparently, Grivas had a history of drug problems dating back to his teens. Applegate broke up with him a number of times because of his struggles with getting clean.
Twenty-six. That's just so sad. All our prayers for him and condolences to Applegate."

Who the hell dates a skateboarder anyway 
I'm very doubtful a skateboarder would take drugs though... old age is a lot more likely a cause.

Especially a ~38 year-old hottie who has a lot going for her. You would think being 26 and hanging out at the park doing skateboard tricks would be a red flag to most women. Not to mention the drug factor.
Kind of makes me wonder why she didn't seem to mind the drugs that much. 
To each his own I guess.

there are some big named skateboarders that are either married or have girlfriends. Tony Hawk comes to mind. sad news for Christina though, seemed like she was back on track with her career. it's confusing why she or anyone else would be with a drug addict for that long
