im an avid sports follower. so when i read that article, i was surprised to find out the french open has started. uuhhh
there are other tennis players i would rather of seen pose. but i am interested to see how they do it for her. they did amanda beards quite well. amanda has blown up in the hottie category since then.

I disagree. I thought Amanda's was one of the worst celebrity shoots of all-time.
She was covered for too many of the photos and we never got a straight-on view of her boobs.
That should be requirement # 1 for any shoot. No exceptions.

I was a bit disapponted with Amanda's shoot too. Ah well, so many tennis, golf, figure skating (hear that, Sasha Cohen??!!) hotties available, Playboy will get it right eventually

WOW, i cant believe it, she is so cute, sadly seeing she isnt one of the top players dont see that much of her, well not at the moment anyway.
Can anyone tell me, how far in advance to their date do the issues go on sale?

Print subscribers, PB website members, and the general newsstand editions come out a little less than 1 month before whatever month they have on the issue.
So, Ashley's is the August 2008 issue which means it will come out between July 5th - 11th.
* NOTE: Pretty much everyone knows this but for those that don't they usually put some extra images of the celeb not included in the magazine on the website.
Sometimes they're better than the ones in the mag (like Vida Guerra's). *

Bad news - the July issue just came out, and on the last page, where they list who will be in next month's issue - which would be August - there is NO mention of Harkleroad !
Perhaps this means she will actually be in the September issue, which will come out in August ??

Well, nice to see another confirmation in print that it is supposed to be the August edition. But it still seems strange there would be no mention of it in the July edition, as there usually is. I have some pics of her as a junior tennis player, btw - at Wimbledon in 2000.

I just checked the Playboy website. There is a little blurb (and a bit of a picture - not much- they're making us wait pretty much until the issue comes out) about her being in the August issue, so that is for sure. It says the issue comes out like July 18 or so..something like that - just a few weeks. Not sure, but I think she might even be on the cover.

If your isp's news server has these newsgroups keep an eye on them. They will post ROM scans (Retired Old Man) or cyberclub pics. Or maybe both.

I wanna see more pics of her to make a judgment, but maybe I will just buy the magazine.
Her career can;t be doing too good or she just wants to cash in as soon as possible to pose for Playboy at so young. Why can't Britney, Christina, Lindsay, and Hayden all learn from her?
