Could it be that it's just the models featured in Maxim? Jennifer Aniston has not (to my knowledge) been featured in Maxim and she's not on the list. Now you know as popular as she is, at least in this forum, that she would be near the top. So it must be only models that have been featured in Maxim.

Maxim does this list differently. They aren't exactly naming the 100 sexiest celebs. Their list is more about who is "in the spotlight" now. Like the other girls in front of Hayden are sort of busier than Hayden is. They are in more magazines, tv, movies, tabloids, big movies coming soon, etc. Hayden is only on a show that doesn't return till Fall and leads a rather boring lifestyle aside from a few beach visits.
