It might just be me, but it seems like there's not a lot of music coming out of Australia to the states. With the exception of Delta Goodrem, that is...I had the chance to see her live a couple weeks ago and it seems like she is going to hit it big here in the states. The umgd guys at the show were saying that her US debut album comes out 6/24. Check out her music at myspace.com/deltagoodrem if you've never heard her before.

I've just recently started listening to Airbourne.

Personally not that impressed. They sound too generic with songs that seem interchangeable. That said, I'm going to give their album another go, and see if I can get into them a bit more.

One of my favourite singer-songwriters (that most Americans haven't heard of) hails from Melbourne. Angie Hart.
