OK. She's getting huge. Her legs look nice. I don't know if it's a good idea to wear high heels while pregnant. Doesn't it change the center of gravity or something.

well getting pregnant at 15-16 wasn't a good idea either so the heels make sense to her i'm sure.

Not so much. It isn't like putting too high of a lift kit in your truck. What it may do however is increase discomfort and swelling, but only because her weight is higher and her feet are gonna swell a bit and stuffing them into high heel shoes and walking around are gonna make em hurt after a while.
Father of four here, and while I personally have never worn high heels while pregnant, I am familiar with the concept.
