IRONMAN
All I'll say about Iron Man, is it's easily on par with the best super hero movies ever. Pure f*cking greatness start to finish.
Everything was handled perfectly - the casting was incredible, Downey/Stark had some amazing one-liners ("got caught doing a piece for Vanity Fair" topping the list), and - most importantly in terms of my personal rankings - the special effects were impeccable. As much as I like the first two Spider-Man films, every time Spidey started flitting around New York my brain kept telling me "video game". Here, every effect had the right amount of weight to it, and it really is damn near impossible while you're watching to tell what's a practical suit and what's CGI.
As for the end credits, I love what Marvel Studios is doing here. The idea that every Marvel superhero flick from this point on should clearly exist in the same universe and timeline, and that we'll see the same actors and characters popping up in different films (including EXTRA SPECIAL SPOILER JUST IN CASE Downey as Iron Man in the upcoming Incredible Hulk), just seems so perfect and comic book-y that it makes me smile.

The last one I saw was "Sicko" -- Interesting and worth a watch once but it's like one of those "sort of biased propaganda" films.
