She & Him have announced a few dates in April and May. She is Zooey Deschanel and Him is M. Ward, or Matt Ward if you prefer.

Somehow I think the only one I am going to be able to make will be that second one. Perhaps some of you will be more fortunate and can give us a first hand report.

The dates at the Hiro and the Vista sold out quickly (in like an hour  )! Way to go Zooey! 
But don't worry music lovers! They just announced an additional date at each location. 4/22 at the Hiro and 4/28 at the Vista. Rock on!

Just an update on tickets. The additional NY concert mentioned by foobar456 also sold out, but it appears that there are still tickets available for the Vista in LA on April 28. At $20 per, that sounds like a bargain to me.
Getting to California would not be a bargain for me though, so I will have to content myself with "being there" when they appear on Conan on April 22. Plenty of seats available right down in front and the price is right, so come on in!
I should have mentioned that they now have a website which is extremely simple, one page yet. I'm sure that anyone who is interested can find it without any trouble. Ordinarily I don't like sites which play music, but it never hurts to hear Z & M's Why Do You Let Me Stay Here one more time.

Tonight's show at the Hiro Ballroom has been postponed to an as yet unspecified date due to illness. They didn't say whose illness, though.
"Due to illness, tonight’s performance of She & Him at Hiro Ballroom has been postponed to a TBA date. We’re still working out the details for the new date, but we ask customers to be patient and hold on to their tickets until a new date is announced, all tickets from the original date will be honored. We’ll have more details very shortly, thanks for your understanding."

They moved tomorrow night's concert to Webster Hall (bigger), and will accept tickets for both nights. source

The next confirmed date (according to this source), She & Him will be playing the Virgin Mobile Festival on August 10. A really diverse group of bands too.  Bob Dylan! Nine Inch Nails! Stone Temple Pilots!
