No major changes, just a few small updates which we felt were necessary:
Full DVD's, movies and MP3's can't be posted here because of the legal problems that they could lead to so Rule 2b has now been updated to include this
We no longer allow streaming videos (youtube etc) to be posted in the content sections in new threads as this is a very lazy way of posting new content so this has been added to Rule 5 . They can still be posted in the 'General Comments' and 'Sports And Entertainment' sections though 
All rules that used to refer to 'images' now refer to both 'images and videos' / 'content'. This should now avoid any confusion about nudity being allowed in videos because the rules didn't mention it before.
Those are the new additions but the entire list of rules has also had an overhaul to make it a little bit easier to read

Rule 2b (Banned Content) has now been updated with this:
Full DVD's, movies, full episodes of ongoing TV shows (LOST, 24, Heroes etc), Torrent files and MP3's are also not permitted here due to the obvious copyright issues.
One off / special editions of tv shows that focus on a particular celeb are still OK though

It's a good thing the rules now state that pics of celebs must be of celebs 16 or older. Effective today, the Age of Consent in Canada is now 16. (It has been 14 since 1892).
