I think she was hotter before the nose job. I thought her nose was one of her sexiest features. It really brought out her smile and her eyes. Now her face seems unbalanced to me. I don't know. Still a hottie though.

I'm going to have to agree with MileysSlave here. 
I mean all people have their own opinion on who's hotter. Does anybody even know how they pick the list? Do the fans choose who they like? Maybe they don't like all the tattoos Megan Fox has. Maybe they go on how a person does the previous year.  I mean ashley did make it on Forbes' most powerful Celebrity 100 list.
They only ranking I don't get is Britney Spears #19

I agree with you, her nose was her hottest feature, it gave her a unique snobby hot bitch facial expression especially when she would pout her lip like a spoiled brat, it made her a lot more desirable. Now she comes off as weak, a lot more submissive and generally unsure of herself.

Megan Fox does have stupid tattoos but her mouth and eyes are so beautiful, even my aunt who is 55 has a crush on Megan Fox.

Think of it this way: you see a new 16-year-old actress and she's really hot. The first thing you'd call her is "hot, sexy, etc." Then you learn she has a kid. Would you call her a milf? She'd be too young for it. So now you have to be some kind of private investigator trying to find information if a certain celebrity has kids or not. Doesn't work that way. A milf - by popular definition - is a word that relies on age, not parenthood.

This MILF thing is pretty funny to me. To be a MILF, you must be a mother by definition. Maturity is overrated in any case.
All kidding aside, I actually prefer women in their 20s and 30s.
