Over the past few days there have been a few threads posted containing fake rapidshare links which can be used to steal your Rapidshare Premium account information.
Basically how 'Rapidshare Phishing' works is that a link which looks ok, such as this one is posted :
http://rapidshare.com/files/136733842/Kim_Basinger_Waynes_World_2.mpg
However if you hover your mouse pointer over the link you will see that it doesn't go directly to Rapidshare but to a fake site ( http://h1.[censored].com/scalp ) which is set up to look identical to Rapidshare.com. You will be asked to enter your rapidshare username and password into the fake site before being redirected to the real rapidshare page so that you don't realise that anything is wrong. If this happens the scammer will have your login details and therefore will have complete access to your Premium Account. This means that they can change your password and steal your account or even use up any RS points that you may have.
If you think that this might have happened to you, we strongly suggest that you change your Rapidshare password immediately.
Links to be aware of are those which have been posted by new members and if you spot any we would ask that you contact a moderator as soon as possible or else click on the 'notify mod button'  if there are no mods online. With your help we will make it as near to impossible as we can for the scammers to con any of our members.

We have noticed that links are now being posted using www.link-protector.com which hides the fake website url. Again, please be aware of people with low post counts posting videos and also of link protected video links. If you notice any of these please contact a moderator immediately, thank you.
