It's "Into The Blue", and you're right, she was hot in it. She is every bit as hot as Jessica Alba, and a much better actress.
Birds Of Prey was a show that had so much promise. Dina Meyer, Ashley Scott, and Rachel Skarsten in the three leads, superpowers, hot chicks kicking ass, a hot male detective for the lead (Ashley) to play off of, the guy who played Alfred. However, Mia Sara was HORRIBLY miscast as the "Big Bad" supervillian. She was simply not at all believeable in the part. No way could she ever control all the bad guys in that show. They all seemed afraid of her, but why? No reason ever given for her to have so much power over them.
I thought the three leads had good chemistry with each other and Alfred. Too bad they couldn't do a better job with the evil characters. Could have been a really good show, but was probably better off being cancelled. <crying>  <crying>
